





Heather Bailey has been running dive shops since she was in high school. She became a certified diver in 1983. Heather has forgotten more about diving than most people have known. In 2003 she moved to Fort Walton Beach and purchased The Scuba Shop for the Legendary Garry Howland (NAUI #13). An expert in equipment, diving history, and spear fishing, if there is a question about some piece of gear that you found in your attic, Heather is the one to ask!

Curt Palermo started diving in 2007 and has not looked back. He has been on the fast track to becoming an instructor ever since. Curt was certified as an instructor in 2008 and has shown experience beyond his years with his students in the water. Curt has become addicted to adrenaline sports. He has become a Kiteboarding instructor and has been known to jump out of a plane given the chance. Curt has done majority of his diving in the Emerald Coast area. He has used his mechanical background to become an expert in diving equipment repair and maintance. Any questions about class schedules or equipment problems should be sent his way!

Dan Cooper began his diving career in 2007. Dan proved to be a natural in the water and decided to pursue becoming a professional diver. The diving world has not been the same since. Dan's enthusiasm and love for diving shows in everything that he does. Dan has instructed more students at The Scuba Shop in the past 3 year and has become an aspiring photographer and videographer. His pictures show his passion for the sport. Dan is currently in Los Angeles attending collage, but still comes in town to teach a class and hit the water with friends. Any photography or video questions would be right up his ally!

Glen started diving when he was in high school. He kept his skills sharp as a recreational diver and developed a talent for underwater photography. Glen came to the scuba shop to become a certified SCUBA Rescue Diver and has been a staple at the shop ever since. He has recently turned his diving interest to cavern and cave diving.
